NAPABA and AABANY are proud to present the 2019 Trial Advocacy Program (“TAP”). TAP offers junior lawyers a unique opportunity to hone their trial skills under the care of experienced faculty. Participants will be assigned to teams of two to conduct opening statements, examine witnesses (direct and cross), and closing arguments. They will also learn directly from various trial veterans through morning and afternoon sessions. Course materials will be provided in advance.
